What is Durham Lodge No. 66
Durham Lodge No. 66 is the home of Freemasons in Newcastle, Ontario with members from Newcastle and the surrounding region.  Our Lodge is part of a centuries-old tradition devoted to moral character, fellowship, personal growth, and community service through the principles of Freemasonry.

What We Believe In
Freemasonry is not a secret society — rather, it’s a fraternity grounded in core values and a shared commitment to integrity, kindness, and service. Members come from many walks of life, different professions, backgrounds, and beliefs - yet within the Lodge, all stand equal. Through our rituals, fellowship, and community involvement, we emphasize:

  • Commitment to helping others: caring for the sick and the less fortunate, championing charitable causes, and supporting families.
